Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

Introduction

ProcureStudio LLC ("ProcureStudio", "we", "our", or "us") is a Texas limited liability company. We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit www.procurestudio.com or any ProcureStudio-operated subdomain, including mastery.procurestudio.com (collectively, the "Site") or communicate with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you complete a contact form, request a consultation, or email us, we may collect your name, business email address, company name, phone number, and any information you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us through the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the consulting and procurement services you request;
  • Communicate with you about engagements, proposals, and business matters;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

If you have expressly opted in, we may send you occasional business updates. You can opt out at any time by replying to any such message or contacting us at privacy@procurestudio.com.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

We use optional Google Analytics on the Site's homepage to understand traffic and usage. Google Analytics is blocked by default and does not load unless you select "Accept." After acceptance, Google Analytics may process information such as browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, and cookie or device identifiers.

We use browser local storage to remember your choice. You may change that choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the Site footer.

For this Site, an enabled Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal is treated as a rejection of optional analytics and overrides a prior acceptance in that browser.

Before you accept, and on page loads after you reject or withdraw consent, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics measurement is sent to Google Analytics. Once you select "Accept," Google Analytics loads and begins measuring activity from that point forward. If you later withdraw consent, we stop further analytics measurement and remove the Google Analytics cookies that the Site can access.

Declining optional analytics does not affect the Site's core functionality.

The ProcureStudio Mastery Test uses browser local storage on your device to remember your selected language and assessment progress, including the highest level completed. This functional storage enables language preferences and allows you to resume the assessment. It is not used for advertising and remains on your device until you clear the Site's browser data.

The "Cookie Settings" control in the Site footer manages optional Analytics on the main site. It does not delete the functional local storage used by the ProcureStudio Mastery Test.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate the Site or deliver services, solely for that purpose and under an obligation of confidentiality. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ProcureStudio, our clients, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business and accounting records, and to comply with legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Residents of certain states, including California, may have additional rights. To make a request, contact us at privacy@procurestudio.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
